When is the next date of application for the program?

• The application starts in January and ends in March. The application is only open once a year.

When do classes usually start?

• Classes in UP starts in August. For the exact dates, please refer to the UP Diliman Academic Calendar.

What will be the mode of learning, is it face to face, online or blended learning?

• The DESS program is delivered in a face-to-face mode of learning.

• The MSHMS is currently delivered in a hybrid format. This means that some courses are delivered online, while others are delivered face-to-face. It is not currently designed to be delivered in fully online mode.

Do you accept the newly graduated Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Physical Education applicants?

• Yes. We accept fresh graduates of BSEd Major in Physical Education and other qualified degree holders. However, the application is highly competitive. Unless you have an excellent academic records, we strongly recommend that you gain 1-2 years of work experience first before you apply.
