Update your Student Profile. Sign in to your CRS account and update your Student Profile.
Pre-Advising. Update your Plan of Study (POS) and email it to gradstudieschk.upd@up.edu.ph with the subject heading "Sem # AY 20##-20## Pre-Advising" (e.g., Sem 1 AY 2022-2023 Pre-Advising) to request for pre-advising. You should receive a reply email approving the request. For AY 2022-2023 to AY 2024-2025, an online pre-advising form will be used for this purpose. This form becomes available during the pre-advising/pre-enlistment period. Please check your email, including the SPAM folder, GSP website and social media platforms for the announcement and survey link. After accomplishing the form, check your CRS account for your advised courses and adviser's remarks.
Pre-Enlistment. Pre-enlist your approved subjects (particularly non-HMS subjects) on the CRS pre-enlistment tab. If pre-enlistment period is over, you may waitlist for subjects by going to pre-enlistment ---> student registration module. For AY 2022-2023 to AY 2024-2025, CHK graduate students will be manually enlisted in their advised courses on the first day of the regular registration period. D ESS students may want to do the pre-enlistment especially if they intend to enlist in sections not marked as "For D ESS".
Lock Enlistment. Once you are done enlisting, lock your enlistment by clicking the "Lock Enlistment" tab located on the lower-left portion of the pre-enlistment student registration module. You will be then automatically queued for post-advising.
Post-Advising. Email gradstudieschk.upd@up.edu.ph with the subject heading "Sem # AY 20##-20## Post-Advising" (e.g., Sem 1 AY 2022-2023 Post-Advising) to request for post-advising. Once post-advised, your registration status should show "Post-Advised."
Assessment. You are automatically queued for assessment. Once your status shows "For Payment," print the Payment Slip.
Payment. Pay your tuition via bank transfer or in person. On your CRS patent slip tab, click "Add Payment" and encode your deposit info. Once the Cashier's Office has validated your payment, your status should show "Registered."
Print Form 5 / Form 26 (optional)
In the Settlement of Outstanding Transactions tab, click "Complete Transactions" and choose the current semester.
Make sure to type the full year.
Click the "Load Completed Transactions" tab to show your transactions for assessment and CoM.
Click "PrintForm" to get a copy of your Form 5 or Form 26.
