4. Email the GSP-endorsed letter of appeal to  colsecadminchk.upd@up.edu.ph for College Endorsement; cc: gradstudieschk.upd@up.edu.ph and adminofficechk.upd@up.edu.ph, with the Subject: APPEAL FOR LATE PAYMENT - [STUDENT NUMBER] FAMILY NAME, INITIAL
